Right-of-Way Permits Now Available on Oxcart

Posted: May 5, 2022

The LCRC is now utilizing Oxcart for processing Right-of-Way permits including utility permits, commercial driveway approaches, private road approaches, geophysical surveys, soil borings, monitoring wells and water main or sanitary sewer taps.  Additionally, permits to work within the public road rights-of-ways can be applied for to improve an existing driveway approach (resurfacing, replace existing culvert, etc.).  Other miscellaneous right-of-way permits may be applied for as well using Oxcart.

Residential driveway permits and land split/sight distance review applications are NOT available at this time via Oxcart and will only be accepted in person at our office.

Go to www.oxcartpermits.com to create your account.  Effective Monday, June 6, 2022, the LCRC will no longer be accepting paper applications.  Please contact us at 517-546-4250 if you have any questions.
