Fee Schedule

Effective March 1, 2003 the following is a list of Permit, Administrative and Inspection Fees.

Transportation Permits

  • Single Move, $25.00
  • Single Move, Multiple Trips, $50.00
  • Annual Permit or Cab Card, $100.00
  • Mobile Home, Single Move, $25.00
  • Mobile Homes, Annual Permit or Cab Card ,$100.00
  • *Building & Special Load Move, $100.00
  • Special Haul Routes, $100.00
* Building move permits shall be $100.00 plus actual expenses incurred by LCRC for sign relocation, route inspection, etc.

Construction Permits

  • Residential Driveway Approach, $50.00
  • Temporary / Field Driveway Approach, $50.00
  • Commercial Driveway Approach, $150.00
  • Private Road Approach, $150.00
  • Land Split / Sight Distance Review, $30.00
  • Work within the Right-of-Way Permit, Varies with work
  • Utility Permit (Privately Owned), $25.00
  • Annual Utility Permit (Privately Owned), $25.00
  • Utility Permit (Municipally Owned), No Charge
  • Geophysical Surveys, $100.00

Special Use Permits

  • Temporary Road Closure (Parade, etc.), No Charge
  • Overhead Banner/Decorations,  No Charge

Field Inspection Fees

  • Regular Hours, Actual Cost of Inspection
  • Overtime Hours, One and One-half Actual Cost of Inspection
Note: Regular time hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All other hours shall be considered as overtime.
